Exchange Policy

If within 30 days of receipt of your goods you wish to exchange them for a different size, please email us at contactus@puddlebeach.com.au. Goods will only be accepted for an exchange if they have not been worn or damaged.

Product exchanges will be shipped free of charge. Note that the costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

If within 30 days of receipt of your goods you wish to return them for a refund, please email at contactus@puddlebeach.com.au. Goods will only be accepted for a refund if they have not been worn or damaged. Goods ordered with the assumption they were a different brand, look or feel will not be refunded.

Please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries regarding any of the products or their sizing.

All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer. The orginal shipping costs are not refundable. A 10% administration fee will be charged on all refunds to cover processing costs.

Please note we do not supply refunds on sale items.

Cancellation

Please notify us immediately at contactus@puddlebeach.com.au if you wish to cancel your order. A 5% administration fee will be charged on all cancellations to cover processing costs.

Disclaimer

We constantly strive to achieve best practice and as such have chosen to align ourselves with particular delivery systems. However once an order is despatched from our premises we are not responsible for any delivery delays.

It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure correct shipping/delivery details are provided to Puddle Beach via the online payment system. Puddle Beach is not responsible for reshipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided.

All delivery times/dates provided are estimates only and are at the discretion of the postal system providers.

Replacement items for orders lost in the mail are at Puddle Beach’s discretion.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. PuddleBeach has been enabled for e-commerce using DirectOne E-Commerce system, ensuring that you details are safely encrypted during all stages of your purchase. During the final stage of the checkout process a session between you and the DirectOne Vault system will be established to allow you to safely type in your credit or charge card details.
